As Founder and Principal of Joon Solutions, Ghazale Johnston assists individuals in discovering meaningful career possibilities. Ghazale specializes in equipping aspiring young professionals, purpose-driven entrepreneurs and motivated individuals with fundamental strategies, tools and confidence to achieve personal and professional goals. An avid storyteller, Ghazale coaches individuals on how to use their experiences and interests to navigate transitions and create new professional pathways. She is a Certified Strengths Coach after becoming StandOut Debrief certified by The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP company.

Ghazale is regularly involved in programs that address the emotional and educational needs of children, which includes serving as a Heart Math tutor and being on the Novant Health Foundation Board. Her commitment to education is also reflected in her role at North Carolina State University where she serves on the University’s Board of Trustees.

Prior to launching Joon Solutions, Ghazale served as the Chief Operating Officer for Daymaker- a compassion platform that helped companies engage employees in acts of giving. During her five year tenure, Ghazale engaged 50+ corporate clients and 25,000 donors in distributing enrichment gifts to 30,000 underserved children.

Ghazale formerly spent 20 years at Accenture where she was a Partner/Managing Director in the Financial Services practice.

Ghazale graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science from the Wilson College of Textiles and a Bachelors of Arts from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. A lifelong extrovert, Ghazale is most happy surrounded by family and friends. She also loves to run, travel, spread optimism and obsess about her dog, Duffy.
